“DISHONEST / AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

I spent all day waiting for a credit card to be delivered by this organisation. I work in a serviced office with a desk that can see the reception. Nothing was delivered, I was never phoned / emailed to be told that nothing would be delivered and I still have no idea why the delivery was not made. I needed this card prior to a holiday and now won't have it.

Prior to this point we received several letters informing us they had attempted to deliver items at times we were at home and they clearly hadn't even tried. THIS COMPANY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IT IS POSSIBLE THERE IS SOMETHING FRAUDULENT GOING ON.

UPDATE:
After posting the message above I have now seen that the company are informing that they have delivered my card. This is really worrying given that I don't have it, no-one at the reception has seen it / the delivery company and they are meant to see proof of my identification before they hand over my card. So there is much stronger evidence that there is something fraudulent taking place.
