I bought a TXI Heavy Duty treadmill in April 2016 and have been delighted with it. On Sunday 21/8 the running board cracked and I mailed the company to ask how it could be fixed. I got a reply within 2 hours although it was late Sunday evening by now. Next morning I mailed photos of the damage as requested in their mail. Early Tuesday morning I got an email saying that a replacement had been ordered and was on it's way via courier. I asked for instructions for fitting the replacement plate that I supposed they were sending and was astonished to learn that they were sending a brand new machine. It arrived before 10:00 today Wednesday 24/8.
Great service. Impressivly fast and efficient.
Things like this breakage shouldn't happen but it is very comforting to know that should something unforseen occur, the company deal with it with no hastle, promptly, courteously and efficiently
