“absolute disgraceful ”

I shopped with a company yesterday & they decided to use this service. I had an email off the company last night saying my parcel was sent with dx & it'll be with me in between 8am & 8pm today. Waited in all day to no avail. 6pm tonight had a email off dx saying it's in their hands & won't be long. 8.30pm I had another email off them saying it has been delivered. I couldn't believe it..!! no one knocked my door. I went & looked out my front incase they left it there but it weren't. I don't know where it is or what to do now. I don't know if it didn't really get delivered or they went to the wrong house. I'm so furious. !! I needed that parcel for the morning as it's my daughters birthday Presents. She's going to wake up in the morning to nothing now.. Thanks dx...!!! I rate it a 0 star
