We are in the process of trying to have our kitchen installed. However when my joiner unpacked the units the majority were damaged or wrong colour.
I have sent photos and a detailed list requesting this is rectified immediately. I am now without a kitchen as the installation cannot be completed due to so much damage.
I have requested a sales rep visits to see this.
Even my builder/joiner commented worst kitchen has seen.
I am looking to speaking to trading standards as this will have costs me so much additional due to time wasted and I will need to look to move my family into accommodation until the new units are delivered- I was quoted 5weeks.
This really is not good enough and Wren need to get this sorted!
