“Disappointed and angry”

I ordered from Bedroom World after glancing at the reviews on another site, which were largely positive. My mistake. The order went through quick enough and I was given a delivery date for the bed and mattress. The mattress arrived but no bed and no explanation as to what was going on. Phoning is pointless, endless queueing with no indication as to if anyone will answer. Messages left using their 'contact us' link go unanswered also. As I had paid by PayPal, I messaged them using the resolution centre and quickly got a reply saying they couldn't supply what I'd ordered and offering a refund. I accepted. Using PayPal, a refund could be done instantly, but wasn't. Instead, days later I have had to make a claim, through PayPal, which could take a month to resolve, and still have had no communication from bedroom world. I strongly suggest you avoid this company if you don't want to throw money away. Execrable.
