“No Customer/Technical Support”

No Technical help if fault on online account, very nice people in the Philippines but they know diddly squat about technical issues, I can see why
Asda profits are down, it's very frustrating a big company like Asda but the technical and customer support side let's it down - now shopping at Tesco and Sainsbury
