Hired a car in Tenerife at Easter and all went to plan. Unfortunately I had an accident and inline with their policy I paid £600 excess which under the contract I could reclaim on my return. They accepted my claim but have never paid. I have tried and tried but they have never explained why no payment. They have even given me a reference number for a payment they have never made which is bizarre behaviour. Customer services says they will contact me and have escalated to their accounts dept but still no payment or contact.
Avoid this company like the plague.
