Our coach booking for a family of 22 passengers including infants and seniors was cancelled within 12 hours of our due travel time. We paid for GOLD PROTECTION which covered us, should we decide to cancel within 48 hours. There was no mention of possibility of not having availability. We had booked for a return transfer and yet despite contact with company's local office, a second error occurred when I received a full refund and no confirmation of non availability which left us totally stranded. Thankfully we were able to use public transport, but I would never use again, or recommend this company to anyone.
