“Laura Ashley washes hands of delivery ”

Laura Ashley will not help you if your goods fail to get to you. They will make you deal with the courier Yodel who will state they only follow Laura Ashley instructions. When asked repeatedly for help Laura Ashley says it can do nothing and tells you to sort it out yourself. I am disgusted that they treated me this way given they have no trouble taking my money. For a company this size their customer service was shocking. Never again
