They routinely rip people off, have incredibly unfriendly customer service and you are lucky if a train even shows up. The trains themselves are relics and are incredibly uncomfortable. Absolutely disgraceful service which should be avoided at all costs. I cannot even put into words how poor the standards of business are here.
