BOUGHT A OVEN AND HOB,WRONG ONE WAS DELIVERED, ALSO PAID 20 POUND TO GET IT DELIVERED IAM A PENSOINER70 AND WAS ASKED TO HELP DRIVER CARRY IT UP THREE FLIGHTS OF STAIR AND ALSO BACK DOWN STAIRS ONLY ONE DRIVER IS THAT NOT A HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE ENDED UP BEEN LOCKED OUT MY FLAT BECAUSE OF THIS NOW I HAVE TO PAY OVER 50 POUND TO GET MY DOOR LOCK REPAIRED AND HOMEBASE HAS THE CHEEK TO TELL US TO GET A QUOTE FOR THE DOOR WE HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH A DOOR THATS NOT LOCK FAST ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER
