Quick to take your money and sale you something but that's where the good service ends. The customer service team do not have a clue, they just look on the tracking page that we see and give us that info knowing full well it may or may not happen and will be hearing from us the next day. To give you a good idea when I called to place my order I was number 3 in the queue and when I called to find out where my order was I was number 34.
Ordered Mon for delivery Wed, Tue I called to confirm, Wed nothing arrived and no communication.
It really is an awful company.
