“No customer care”

The saga continues, waited 12 weeks for the damaged sofa to be replaced, only for it to be damaged again . Tpf offers it to be repaired or £50 compo, not excepted either. Dont want to wait 6 months for the sofa to be repaired. and the compo offer is way to low considering the repair and the 2 man delivery team cost.Now not responding to emails. Ombudsman informed but Tpf not excepting terms and conditions. Trading standards next step then watchdog. No wonder the 2 directors have 3 dissolved companys between them.All this started just after the new year. 8 months and still continuing.Seems to have a good review on here but alot of reviewers have jumped the gun before receiving products. Go to dfs or wherever , wish I did now. Just a quick note, 7 days have past since I posted this review and tpf are not even intrested in defending them.
