“Terrible service”

I was emailed on 4 August to say that my flight times had changed and if I didn't reply to say that this was ok I would not get new tickets. I replied on 5 August to say that was fine and was told that my tickets should be with me with 7 days. Still no tickets, why do I have to chase something I have paid for?
