I was made to wait the machine for three hours, when the car actually was ready. reason: they wanted to sell a more expensive car. I complained and after the wait they tore the contract, charging me costs on my credit card and pinning the amount of 1600 euro for 21 days. They then gave me the car because not able to unlock money on my credit card. bad!!!!! terrible!!
