“Awful service, major rip off merchants”

After booking our hire car with do you Spain we unfortunately had to make a slight amends to our booking. They wouldn't let us after a lot of coming and goings. We then had to make another booking costing us even more money.
We booked insurance meaning we didn't have to take it out again when we got to Spain.
We should have seen it coming but when we got there we were told we had to take fire fly insurance out or pay £1000. Awful service and put a dampner on our holiday.
Please watch these companies as we ended up paying more than double the original quote due to all the add ins, service charges, insurance etc.
