“Do not use this Company! ”

This company is a joke! We use to always recommend them over the previous years but will never use them again & have told many others not to as well to avoid disappointment. We recentally booked a 5* half boad hotel in Dubai for next year at what seemed a great affordable price, we paid the deposit and got sent the accommodation voucher to confirm it was all accepted, we then booked our flights and transfers. However 2 days ago we received an email saying they have had to cancel our hotel after booking this 3 months and blamed it on another company. We personally think this is due to there mistake for selling it to cheap. Due to this we have had to cancel the holiday and lose money on the flights as booking another hotel now would have cost us a lot more money, and travel republic gave us a £1 back for the trouble which is a joke!
