I ordered some items to be delivered by Collect +. I then received an email to say the items where too large to be delivered by Collect + so could I give an alternative address for delivery. I did this by email and asked for an expected delivery date but did not get a reply. I sent another email a few days later asking if they had received my first email - still no reply. After a few more days I rang the customer service number and was told they had a high backlog of emails and hadn't got around to mine yet. I rearranged delivery over the phone but it was almost 10 days from date of order to delivery rather than the 3-5 days I expected when I first ordered.
