I ordered a re-furnished window cleaner / vacuum. The item that came was scratched and tatty. It worked ok but then failed to recharge. I tried to contact the company on several occasions (almost impossible, all emails bounce back). Eventually, through their website I arranged for them to collect my item. I stayed in all day and they failed to pick up. I called 'interlink' who said JMS hadn't arranged a pick up with them. I tried to contact JMS who failed to respond. At my own cost (via Hermes)I sent the item back and asked them to refund me. They sent me a repalcement! It's incredibly hard to get in touch with them and despite my best efforts, they are still yet to respond to me. I will never purchase from this website again and wish I read the other reviews on this website before I had made my purchase. Very disappointing. I wish I had just bought a new product from a reliable site. Very expensive post and packaging.
