Make sure you check your car very, very carefully before you take it out. They deliberately do not mark damage on cars on 'check out' when they know the customer has Refund Damage Insurance. They then charge you for any damage on the car. Without doubt the worst car hire company in Europe.. you have been warned - its why they rate 1 out of 5.
