Went to Harlow branch today after making appointment through call centre.Attempted online twice but with no luck. In store I was told I arrived late (No I didn't) and my appointment was supposedly 20 minutes before, that I will not be seen and have to reschedule, miscommunication with call centre apparently.So it is not only Harlow branch thats poor quality service, is it? All said by a man who clearly didn't want to be disturbed by me as he was chatting with his two female colleagues and one of last appointments on Saturday afternoon was something he couldn't be bothered with. Didn't even look at me while serving just looked at the computer screen. Went to Specsavers and was served great!
