Worst ever customer service!
Delivery did not arrive. When I contacted ASDA I was told there had been a system error and that they would deli er the following day.
Following day phoned to check if everything was fine with my order and that it was due for delivery. This could not be confirmed at the call centre. I was told if it didn't arrive again, to just call them!!?
Phoned back while waiting for second attempt of delivery and was told there was nothing on the system about my order and all they could do was arrange a 3rd delivery date for me!! MY DELIVERY WAS FOR over £100
Total waste of time. On & off the phone to them and being placed on hold forever
