“They wont pay what was promised”

My mobile phone was in perfect condition and I was promised 71 pounds. Now they are saying the casing was damaged which is a lie and that I'll only get 41.
Wish I'd taken it to 02 at least I would've got a bit more than that.
Total rip off.
