“Don't use them for a mortgage ”

They use poor mortgage surveyors countrywide who are allowed to value properties at zero.. There customer service is stupid and policy's to re valuations don't exist so one man can basically ruin your chance of a mortgage by a poor valuation! Zero pounds for a house because it's 59 metres from a road and deemed high risk for resale.. I this is an immaculate property currently rented for £1070 per month!
