“Beware of Many Items Excluded from Compensation Cover.”

Sellers beware - antiques, glass, ceramics, laptops, musical instruments, clocks, cases etc are NOT covered for compensation in the event of damage or loss at Parcelfarce's hands, no matter how well you pack your items and label them fragile. You are expected to search for the information rather than it's being prominently displayed on their website or in a post office. The 'enhanced cover' for these items is worthless - your item may be worth £50 or £5000 - in the event of damage or loss to antiques etc you won't get a penny back !
