“A Returned Call Would be Nice”

I rang these people on many occasions asking about a particular role. No one could tell me anything about it. It was always someone else is looking after this particular role and they would get back to me. I have not had one phone call back despite numerous attempts to talk to them. Would it kill someone to call back? It's just courtesy. All I wanted to do was to find out if I may have been suitable so as not to waste anyone's time.
The job continues to be advertised and they continue to ignore my calls.
Not sure what more I can do?
