“After Sales Service”

Contacted Hillarys after conservatory blinds started to fail.
Told engineer would call and examine blinds which he did was told it was possible rotting of cord that gives blinds their tension. Was amazed that engineer thought it might be sun light that was the cause,sun light in a conservatory !!.
That was the last I heard from the company I contacted by phone and asked if any news on a repair - no response.
Received two bits of metal in the post that bare no relation to any part of the blinds.
Cant believe how a company can treat people who spend good money with them as they are not the cheapest on the market but a lesson learned steer clear of Hillarys.
