We found one of the staff very dismive of our query, the attitude was if you don't like it cancel and lose your deposit. I do not wish to discuss this matter any further was the final and parting gesture . We have used this company before and every went like clockwork, perhaps certain staff shoukld learn its people like us that pay their wages
