I'm really delighted with my first Pet Plan claim. They paid up promptly, with a lovely message about my dog. I'm impressed by the efficiency, and the kindness, shown, albeit that it is a corporate message. Very welcome, none the same. I had had Pet Plan highly recommended by my daughter. I can see why now. No nonsense service with a touch of warmth. Very good.
