“Professional, thorough service”

We were approached by YMD after making an online quotation request. From the beginning the service was friendly, informative and very professional. We were visited at home by LS who clearly knew his subject and covered all the material so well that we had very few questions left to ask and those we did were answered thoroughly.
LS did not push us to make a decision and the options he came back with were very well explained making it easy for us to decide upon the product we wanted.
After we had committed to the product LS kept in regular contact, informing us of progress and was very helpful in dealing with the lender's solicitors.
LS was also very helpful in explaining and referring the other services available such as pension reviews and estate planning.
Overall the service provided by YMD and LS was very comprehensive and we felt we were and still are in very good hands.
