“Fantastic Motorhome Hire for Camp Bestival”

Booked a motorhome through these guys via unbeatablehire, to take to Camp Bestival.
Great service all round. I'm a fan of doing everything online and this service was perfect - from searching for the right vehicle (a Chausson Flash 03 for the three of us - me, wife and seven year old), through to online Admin of all booking an insurance documents, everything was very simple and efficient. If you're comfortable with doing everything online then I highly recommend the service.
When it came to collect the vehicle, 'Mr V' showed us everything we needed to know plus they all come with a manual, AND a DVD with guides on (which you can play in the TV/DVD combo in the camper, AND a USB stick with the manuals on - no excuses. They even filled up the water for us before we left, to save us having to do it when we got to the festival site.
Vehicle was easy to drive and the five hour journey passed by quickly. Only slight negative of the whole trip was that the water supply leaked slightly out of the vehicle when going round right hand bends (the filler cap didn't quite fit right) which meant we were only 3/4 full when we arrived - but not a big issue as easy to fill later.
Five great nights in the camper - very comfortable, great shower, hot water ready in 20 mins - we all slept soundly. Would def choose to do it again....though quite pricey in summer holidays.
Return process was just as simple - the depot was open exactly as said, Mr V had a quick look round, signed the forms on his ipad and off we went.
