“ Awful Company!!!!!! ”

This company is just awful. Booked flights to New York and the return flight has changed 3 times. We are now returning 2 and 1/2 days later than we want to, which is no good as we are due back at work.

Tried to discuss with them and change our return flight and got no help what so ever. We even offered to change where we would fly from/return to.

They cannot understand one word of English and even if they did they do not listen.

I think the whole company is a complete joke.

If I can offer you any advice it is not to go with them!!!!!
