“Poor delivery timescale and poor aftersales”

This is the first time I have used Pet Express and probably the last.
My order was simply 4 small feed bowls and they took over a week to reach me from one county to another county!! I think this is poor and it should have taken 3 maybe 4 days maximum. I have since sent Pet Express an e-mail about my frustration with this (29th July) and it is the 4th August in which I am writing this review, so far six days have passed and I still haven't had a reply back. It looks as though they are slow in this department too!! I wonder if my review will be listed.......?
