Very unprofessional company that only value a property by previous sold on same street. Very bad when the only ones sold previously have required full renovation and the one that they are doing the evaluation on is fully renovated.
Also gives higher than London prices for any works they recommend, not good for Nottinghamshire.
Also forgot to contact the vendors first too arrange survey, the surveyor just said to them oh not again, it's always this always happens.
I would strongly suggest to buyers to not even glance at them and vendors not to allow them to even sneeze near the property find another surveyor or no sale.
Find a real surveyor to do the job.
