“Mis sold product and service - FCA needs to get involved ”

I purchased my sofa about a year ago in June 2015.
I was specifically told that I had a year to pay for the sofa. The payment would be made a year to the date of receiving the sofa which was in August.
I was also told I would receive correspondence as a reminder and I would receive a text message.
I called today to make payment in full. However, I was told by the Finance company that I was going to be charged £200 more than the value of the sofa because I was 19 days late in making payment.
The sofa cost around £600.
I explained that none of this was explained to me and that I had been Mis-sold. I was even told not to bother reading the document that I signed because it was all pretty straight forward by the sofaology customer service advisor.
The finance company are refusing to move on this despite no correspondence were received nor a text message. They have said that they will raise a complaint on my behalf but expect it could take 8 weeks therefore incurring further mosts.

My advice is simple, DO NOT SHOP HERE! Service is terrible. The customer service advisors on the phone just shouted at me from both sofa works and the finance company. Incredibly disappointed.
Will be raising this with the FCA as I've been Mis-sold a finance product.
