“Dreadful service”

I hired a car through Holiday Autos and paid extra for insurance. On picking up the car I was told that a credit card was needed to take extra insurance. I assured them that we had the extra cover and showed documents but was still charged extra. I had booked an Adam but they don't even have one in their fleet! I have emailed Holiday Autos several times and have had no response.
