“Fast response to problem”

Goods arrived within stated time but only reason I give 4 star's not 5 is the courier basically dumped and ran.
Heavy delivery on doorstep in rain even though I got to the door within seconds of bell ringing no one to be seen.
Opened parcel to find goods damaged. I could only guess this might be result of mishandling during delivery. Contacted Alfresia and within days a replacement part and a couple of spares arrived.
Great customer service but suggets they get a new delivery service!
