Don't want to waste any more of my holiday, but just to say that it's expensive and time consuming to try to sort things out by mobile phone when it goes wrong, and customer services are too slow to respond to emails when you're stuck abroad - 24 hours is a long time when the card won't work so you're forced to ring.
