Booked flights in November for our yearly family holiday and they changed the flights three times and then three days before we are due to fly they tell me the flight is cancelled when it's still being sold on there website, and after checking direct with the airline also telling us ITS NOT CANCELLED!!!
If you use a agent ie. Last Minute the airline will not be able to help you when things go wrong.
Every time you ring it is a different person answering but they just say the same thing like they are reading from a script.
There customer service is nonexistent and of no use.
Need to try a lot harder last minute.com I will not be using your services again.
