“Let down and disapointed.”

Totally let down by Arnold Clark St Helens after my car which is still under warrenty flooded with water leaving me unable to drive the car.
My complaint has been passed to trading standards after 6 weeks due to the poor workmenship carried out and disapointing customer service.
Not only did they refuse to look at the car without a £60 fee when they did finally look at the car they returned it without removing any of the wet carpets, mats or seats.
I am disputing that the car interior was removed and refitted as stated by Arnold Calrk as clips, toys, sweet wrappers etc were still in the car after 8 days of them 'working on it and removing the interior'. Why would rubbish still be under the seats if they removed the seats to dry out the carpets?
The car was returned still damp and now smells of wet dog. They didn't even remove the newspaper in the front of the car that was originally used by myself to try and and soak up the water. I am more than upset and will never by a car from Arnold Clark again.
I am still awaiting a response from St Helens Arnold Clark regarding compensation.
