“Very poor customer service”

I ordered table with chairs at New Molden store:

1. Credit approval takes 7 days, which in other shops you get instantly

2. I have been advised that product will be delivered in 7 weeks but after calling in 7 weeks time realised that they never placed an order to manufacturer!!! Now I need to wait for another 7 weeks!!!

3.They never reply to emails

4. It took almost 2 months to get approval of £25 discount which is still not on my account

5. Store manager never available to talk to, different reasons: on conference call, with customers, if you ask him/her to call back when available, never calls back

6. Only one person who is handling your case, no one alse can help. Sales assistant works every second day

7. All this time we do not have table, they promised temporary one which is still not available
