“Very poor customer service”

Bought a shower screen from VP just over two years ago and one of the hinges has snapped in half, I rang them to see about getting a replacement I was asked for my postcode, which couldn't be found in their system, told them what I was after only to be told they don't stock spares, asked a few questions about where they got the hinges from etc all met with negative answers, the woman then tried to imply that I hadn't bought it from them as she couldn't find my postcode before, I offered to give her the order reference from their paperwork which she declined 'as we don't stock spares'. They really couldn't care less, once you have paid your money they want nothing more to do with it. No customer care or service at all.
