in march i booked a trip to OZ for my niece wedding thru opodo, got long confirmation email with itenerary, cost, as per usual. a week before i left i thought i would check our luggage allowance, and found to my utter disbelief my booking was cancelled, they said what i had was unconfirmed. after the shock horror, booked via phone now to make sure, again i get confirmation but also the work unconfirmed appears. i call them, they claim issue with my card. i try another card, same happens. then i find after literally 3 hours i need to raise bank transfer to pay them!! totally unreal as doesnt give customer any protection, so had to ditch and book thru airline direct. imagine if i didnt check for luggage by fluke, we would've turned out at LHR with no flights to attend wedding. unreal horrific service. will NEVER EVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN
