“Disappointing Table Tennis purchase”

We spent £280 on an Adidas table tennis table for our 13 year old daughter's birthday. The assembling instructions were impossible to follow. We had to employ a handyman to assemble and even he struggled. 4 hours later the table assembled the safety release cable didn't work and broke on the first attempt! We are now unable to open the table without two people manually releasing the catches, not ideal if you're a loan player. I have complained to Sports Direct's customer services however, after reading all these dreadful reviews about them I'm not too hopeful about the outcome!
