“Let us rip you off fee”

Cannot stress enough DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY.

They would not change my mothers punctured tyre without a £100 (let us rip you off) fee

Obviously if broken down on a main road, it is common sense in order to prevent accidents to turn your hazard lights on... Not according to this company.

Having replaced the tyre ourselves, the battery had run out due to the hazard lights being on but again no help from the insurance company without another (let us rip you off) fee of £100.

Absolutely disgraceful service, you'd be better off having no breakdown cover than going with this disgusting, rip off company.
