“Terrible Service ! Avoid at all costs !!”

Even if it comes up the cheapest quote don't go there ! There quick enough to take your money but when there's a claim it's pass the buck , they only sell it not deal with it !! Someone reversed into my car when I was not even in the vehicle . Got in touch with Halifax , four weeks later , 2hours of phone calls , passed from pillar to post , told to take my car to a repair centre to be told when I got there it's been cancelled ! Am still waiting for it to be sorted ! Getting very annoyed and would never use Halifax again !!!!!
