“Simple and Easy”

First time I've renewed with the same company as I always find the renewal is stupidly high - this time it was a good price and I was happy to renew!
The process was really straight forward, and I have had no issues so far.
My only issue is that my preferred payment date has change from last year and I have been unable to find how to change it online so may need to call.
I also like that there is a rewards site which will help me to save a little bit of money here and there :)
