“THE WORST EVER”

I had very very bad experience overall from the beginning of my booking to the rubbish customer service who i wasted so much time by calling to resolve a very simple matter & was hoping to get my money back because of a flight delay & car rental people made me make a new car reservation, and cancel my first booking, when i called "Cartrawler" at first instant & explained what happened, they promised to refund my money i paid first but nothing of course has been refunded and every time i call customer service and go through the same story over and over again i only hear we will escalate the matter, and of course nothing & still nothing has been refunded or even has been done & did not even got any replies to my last emails that i sent...!!

This was the worst ever car rental company i dealt with & will definitely be the last ever..
