“Misinformed and left un resolved. ”

I am very unsatisfied by the service. After being hounded for a date and time for the delivery of a courtesy car I responded by saying that I did not know what date my car would be collected by the engineers and would arrange it when I knew. When I found out the date I called to arrange it and got told that I had refused a hire care and because I had been driving my own car was no longer eligible for one until a payment from Hastings Direct had been made for the total loss. At no point had this been advised in my previous phone call and as the total loss price agreement can take 5 working days to be completed I am now without a car. I have also spent 4 hours on the phone trying to resolve this, only to be ping ponged back and fourth between the two companies each of which give me conflicting guidance and information.
