tried to change my address online 365-what a joke-the bank does not have my correct address although I gave it to them before moving to Australia............they need to code number activate a mobile phone!The code is sent by post(presumably to the address that they have which is wrong and which I am trying to change!)They will not change over the phone.I cannot contact my Dublin branch(I get a call centre that says it will pass the message on and they will ring me back-yeh right!To Australia........the person I spoke to at their Help Center(after waiting on hold for nearly ten minutes from Australia),tried to help but was as baffled as I was..its a mad and bad system.............the bank just does not care.You cannot contact them to complain-they want you to do everything online,but there is no way you can give a complaint online-you have to write to them!!The worst bank I have ever come across with a system for change of address that is as stupid as it is frustrating.AWFUL!!
